feeling marvellous in march

March is the beginning of spring when we see the return of the light. Come and join us as we dedicate a whole day to feeling marvellous….

Moving, grooving, dancing, stretching, eating and laughing… what’s not to love as we celebrate each other and our marvellous selves.

The archetype Aphrodite governs our enjoyment of love and beauty, sexuality and sensuality and it is in our nature to manifest her in our lives through dance and ways of seduction. Using both belly dance and burlesque we will ignite our creativity, our passion and begin our journey of marvellous manifestations.

Vegetarian food to share.

If you’ve ever fancied trying yoga I’d strongly recommend training with Hayley. Her enthusiasm for yoga makes the sessions really good fun. She mixes traditional techniques and forms with thought provoking themes each week, which add variety to the practice. All levels of ability are made to feel welcome, give it a try and you will not be disappointed.

I have just come back from a yoga and well-being retreat and it was fantastic. The farm is idyllic, and only about 45 minutes from Bristol on a good run. Hayley is a wonderful yoga teacher, technically skilled but very kind and helpful, while Tom's Forest Bathing sessions are a really enlightening experience. The food is fantastic too, and they are the perfect hosts. The only bad thing about the retreat was having to leave on the Sunday!

Hayley supported me wonderfully through my cancer treatment, always feeling like a safe pair of hands, and enabling me to relax, reconnect with my poorly body, and manage my aches and pains. Since stopping treatment seeing Hayley has become such a treat and a really important way for me to build my strength and confidence back. Plus it’s the most wonderfully relaxing experience – I love it!

Peaceful retreat. We took a Shinrin Yoku experience. Driving up through the countryside was a treat in itself, upon arriving we were met by Tom who was immediately friendly and relaxed. Our party was just the two of us and our old dog, we spent hours immersed in the forest enjoying our surroundings led by Tom to quietly connect with nature, our day was dry and sunny but would have been equally as enjoyable in the rain. We came away thoroughly relaxed. Friends asked us why were we paying for a walk in the woods when this can be done for free, to them I say you can walk for free, but this wasn't a walk in the woods it was a Shinrin Yoku experience with a guide knowledgeable and insightful, worth every penny.

I first met Hayley two years ago when she did a yoga class in Monmouth. Have maintained seeing Hayley on zoom throughout the pandemic. Her enthusiasm & charm and expertise has been much appreciated throughout a very difficult time. I always look forward to classes.
