Testimonials

Testimonial by Geoff

I have just come back from a yoga and well-being retreat and it was fantastic. The farm is idyllic, and only about 45 minutes from Bristol on a good run. Hayley is a wonderful yoga teacher, technically skilled but very kind and helpful, while Tom's Forest Bathing sessions are a really enlightening experience. The food is fantastic too, and they are the perfect hosts. The only bad thing about the retreat was having to leave on the Sunday!

If you’ve ever fancied trying yoga I’d strongly recommend training with Hayley. Her enthusiasm for yoga makes the sessions really good fun. She mixes traditional techniques and forms with thought provoking themes each week, which add variety to the practice. All levels of ability are made to feel welcome, give it a try and you will not be disappointed.
